According to our experience in chromium-free treating of aluminium we offer a so-called environment-friendly technology, which replaces phosphating and chromating. This world-class and accordance with EU-standards method is conversion coatings based on nanotechnology to iron-, steel-, aluminium-, zinc metal surface in metalware industry.
Our second generation on nanotechnology based range of chemicals is the latest developement in metal surface treatment:
DEXBOND SZR is free from phosphate, toxic organic substance, VOC and toxic heavy metal.
This second generation method based on nanotechnology forms ultra-thin, uniform conversion layer (to Zr-oxifluor ceramic, Fe, Al, Zn surfaces). Consistently environment-friendly and energy saving technology, which causes low waste emissions, so permits simple wastewater treatment.
The US-developed (Bulk Chemicals) Zirca-Sil and E-Clips product lines also belong to our range of chemicals.
Application of these chemicals ensures outstanding corrosion properties and more cost-effective and less complicated method than the classical iron-phosphating and zinc-phosphating. The second generation conversion coatings based on nanotechnology offers better corrosion resistance and paint adhesion than previous method.
